FAQ

Here are some answers to common questions.

Pre-K-12th grade or Ages 3-18.

We've designed the conference in multiple levels in an attempt to accomodate a variety of age groups. Breakout sessions will have age appropriate content.  Teens and Children will not be grouped together.

Note. Younger children must be accompanied by a parent or be able to still for 15 minutes at a time and use the restroom on their own.

Yes! Through the generosity of others, we are able to give away a limited number of scholarships.

The conference cost is designed to offset the expense of a shirt, books, registration materials, drinks, and snacks. However, we do not want anyone to miss out because of money. Please contact us 615-378-1136 (call/text) if you would like a discount code to register for free.

Note, scholarship funds are limited. Please only use if needed.

We will have water and other drinks available throughout the conference. It will be best for each attender to bring a water bottle with a lid to refill throughout the morning.

Each day there will be a break with snacks and free time. These will be minimal: fruit, treats, drinks.  Please eat breakfast before arriving and plan for lunch after dismissal at noon.

On Friday we plan to provide a lunch to conclude the conference. Lunch is intended for all registered attendees and their families.

Sure! T-Shirts will cost us $15 each. Please feel free to include your name, size, and payment with your registration and we will order a shirt for you as well.

  • Bible
  • Notebook
  • Pen or pencil
  • Water bottle with lid

Of course! While the content will be age based, it will still be edifying for adults. We especially encourage parents who are able to attend with their children. There is no charge for adult attendees except cost for items (t-shirt, books, etc.).

Absolutely. Your gift will be used to cover the cost of those cannot pay, and to provide additional theological resources to the attenders.
