Dear Friends,

Earlier in April, I spoke at the first anniversary of Primera Iglesia Bautista de Portland, located in Portland, Tennessee. It was a blessing to share such a special event with this young church. Two men from Guatemala, Maynor Escalante and Alberto Rojas, share the leadership role in this new church. Three important things stood out to me as I ministered to the young church on their anniversary:

1. The Importance of Discipleship. 

2. The Importance of Leadership Training in Ethnic Ministries in the USA.

3. The Importance of Church Partnerships.
